In partnership with Cisco, you'll now be able to join Cisco WebEx meetings through Microsoft Teams. After you enable Direct guest join though settings, schedule a new Cisco WebEx meeting or forward an existing meeting to the Teams Room on Android. The meeting will appear on the calendar and will be available to join.
Note: Direct guest join Studio 3t student license Free Activators WebEx will be initially available on Poly. Other manufacturers will receive it shortly after.

In partnership with Zoom, we are releasing an ability to join Zoom meetings through Microsoft Teams. After you enable Direct guest join though settings, schedule a new Zoom meeting or forward to an existing Zoom meeting to the Teams Room on Android. The meeting will appear on the calendar and will be available to join.
Note: Direct guest join will be initially available on Logitech, Poly, and some Yealink devices. Other manufacturers will receive it shortly after.
To increase the flexibility of how you view people and content in a meeting, we are providing a way for participants to change the orientation of the videos when content is shared, or participants are spotlighted. If you see a strip of participants on the screen, you can change its location by selecting Layout.

Most Teams Rooms on Android devices are compatible with a touch console (e.g. Poly TC8). When paired with a Teams Rooms system, the console will let you see the room calendar, join meetings, and place calls directly from the console. During meetings or calls, you will be able to see current meeting participants, add new ones, switch content layouts, raise hands, and more
A full-day calendar view will show all scheduled meetings on the system and permit you to join meetings directly from the device. All existing calling and meeting functionality will move to the console and will be arranged along side the calendar
Note: If the touch console is connected, all actionable functionality will move to the console, but the calendar will remain visible on the connected display for quick reference.

New layouts. Together mode and Large gallery layouts are now available under the existing Layout button during meetings. These additional layouts are made to highlight video participants better

Teams displays now support portrait mode for all calling and meeting screens. If you finish a meeting early, you can check out of the meeting room. This makes it available so others can reserve and use the space. Select Manage > Check out. Likewise, if you need a few more minutes, studio 3t student license Free Activators, if the room is free after your scheduled meeting time, studio 3t student license Free Activators, you can extend your reservation for up to 15 minutes. Select Manage > Extend room reservation.
This feature is turned off by default and will require the admin to enable the setting in the Teams admin settings. The setting to control this feature in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center will be available at a later time.
A new Admin setting was added to disable room reservation from the studio 3t student license Free Activators. When the setting is enabled, a banner on the panel will notify people that the room can’t be reserved with the Teams panels device.
You can now tap and pull down on a meeting tile to manually refresh the Teams panel calendar.

To help ensure your meeting spaces are getting maximum use, we’re enabling a way to check in to claim a room from a Teams panel. Users can check into the room by tapping the ‘check in’ button on the panel. If no one checks into the room, it will be released back to the room inventory for others to reserve and use.
When paired with a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, joining a meeting from the Teams Room will be considered as checking in and the room will not be released (will require Teams Room on Android app version / or above). Support with Teams Rooms on Windows will be available at a later time.
The room check-in notification provides the end user with the ability to check in to their meeting when the panel is paired with a Teams Rooms on Android.
